I shipped back my return/exchange, now what? How long until I get my exchange or refund?Updated a year ago
For exchanges or returns done with our automated return system, the socks must return to the fulfillment center before we send the new pair or refund. For orders that were sent a label from a customer service representative for special cases, they need to be processed before the refund or exchange can happen. For manual returns, please allow up to 2 weeks once the Socks ARRIVE at the fulfillment center for the return or exchange to process. We will always email you as soon as we do get the notice they have been received. We appreciate you sending a note with instructions for your exchange or return.
