Hi there,

You can find all the information pertaining to our current backorder and shipping timelines HERE. If you are unsure if your order should be back-ordered? Please look at your order confirmation. Apolla has auto backorder notices on every product. So if you purchased an item that was out of stock, you would have gotten a message on the product page, in your cart, and it would be on your email confirmation (marked with PREORDER under the product title). 

We will be making regular updates and posting them at the link above. We had emailed these updates out previously multiple times and had many customers request we not send them via email anymore. So the updates will live at the link above on our homepage.

IF your product was IN-STOCK when you purchased it? Your order is moving, we are shipping what is in stock as fast as we can. You should expect to get a shipping notification of pre-shipment in 5-7 business days. This means your order will start transit in 1-3 business days. This email will also have a tracking number. 

WHAT IF ONE pair in the order is IN-stock and another on Pre-Order? Per our shipping policy, the order will not ship until ALL items in the order are in stock. That means if your order has one item as a pre-order and one item that is in stock, the order will NOT ship the in-stock item alone. If you want them to ship separately, you will need to place them as separate orders.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER? Due to the incredible demand for Apolla Socks, we have sold out of many SKUs. This means you can get in line for a pair by Paying NOW, and we will ship when they get in stock (see the link to the important shipping timeline at the top of this page for dates) You can still complete your purchase today as a pre-order. If you prefer to wait until we are in stock, please make sure to sign up for our email/text list to be notified. We are sincerely grateful for the support & cannot wait to get you in our life-changing socks. They really are worth the wait!

What is the Pre-Order Shipping timeline?

We are back in stock in LIMITED quantities. If you are seeing a pre-order notification for the size/color/style you want, that is due to demand they already dropped out of stock. However, know that these will definitely be in stock and shipped to you in 2-4 weeks. The wait has been lowered significantly. You will know it is OUT OF STOCK and will be a PRE-ORDER once you select the size and color variants and if the Add to Cart button says Pre-Order or Add to Cart. 

If it says Add to Cart? It is in stock at the time you put it in your cart. You will then have 15 minutes to place the order and hold that item.
